Each time one of our pages containing Xing functions is accessed, a connection to Xing servers is established. As far as we are aware, no personal data is stored in the process. In particular, no IP addresses are stored or usage behaviour evaluated.

Contact form

The purpose of the contact form is to establish a legally authorised business relationship between you and us on a voluntary basis. The data voluntarily provided by you in the contact form will be processed by us exclusively for this business relationship and will not be transmitted to third parties. * Right to data portability in machine-readable form to another controller;
* Right to object to profiling and automated decision-making;
* unrestricted right of appeal to your supervisory authority (in Austria to the data protection authority www. dsb.gv.at) if you wish to object to our processing or the handling of your rights.

Objection to advertising mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. As the operator of the website, we expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
